Hours of Operation

Clinic hours:

Appointments are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Extended hours:

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis. We ask that you call in advance so we can reserve time for you. We will make every effort to honor scheduled appointment times and also to be available for your emergency needs.

Laboratory hours:

Laboratory draw appointments are available Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Telephone Calls

We encourage communication with you, and our staff is happy to help you with your questions. During regular clinic hours our medical assistants are available by phone. If medical evaluation is needed, our medical staff will communicate your concerns to your provider and assist you with making an appointment.

There are times when our medical staff is busy and can not take your call, our helpful staff will take a message and have a medical assistant return your call at the earliest opportunity before the close of the business day.

Emergency Care

To provide adequately for your emergency medical needs, please contact us by telephone at (541) 779-5531. Your call will be directed to our after hours service who will assist you with your call and transfer you to a nurse or physician as needed. For life-threatening emergencies (severe difficulty breathing, chest pain, unconsciousness, seizures, or severe head injury) call 911 immediately.
